Turley & Associates Mechanical Engineering Group has recently completed the Lincoln City Hall project which facilitates both the needs of the City of Lincoln along with Western Placer Unified School District. The four story, 72,000 sq ft structure is served by two high efficiency custom 108 ton penthouse units incorporating evaporative condensing, VFD’s, high efficiency motors. The distribution is accomplished by single duct variable air volume boxes with hydronic reheat. Heating water is produced by two high efficiency roof mounted boilers, pumps and VFD’s. The entire system is controlled by a “state of the art” Alerton DDC system. The building is 22% below California T-24 energy standards and has resulted in a rebate to the Owner from PG&E’s “Savings by Design Program”.

Project Cost: $18.7 Million
